Solomon Islands Courtesy flag

Solomon Islands is a sovereign country located in Oceania region to the east of New Guinea island. The flag of the Solomon Islands consists of a diagonal narrow yellow stripe dividing the field into two equal triangles: an upper blue one and a lower green one. In the canton area there are 5 five-pointed white stars arranged in a cross symbolizing the provinces that the Solomon Islands used to be subdivided into.
